At Wellmade Inc, we use various shipment methods that include Fedex, UPS, and local cargo delivery. Please allow 1-3 business days to ship immediate goods.

Be aware that the final shipping cost is auto-generated based on package size, weight, and location (busniess or residential address).

We cannot provide an estimate shipping cost until your order is packed and ready to charge and ship. Please specify if you have a UPS or Fedex shipping account.

We respond to all inquiries in the order they are received and will respond directly to yours as soon as we can. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. Rest assured, a specialist will get back to you as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please see below for our return policy and submit the requested information for proper processing:

• REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE- store credit only
• All promotional and sale items are final sale
• All returns/exchanges/ damaged items must be notified within 7 business days upon receipt
• To ensure proper processing, please include the following: Invoice#, Company, Phone#, Style#, Quantity, Color, Reason, and Picture of the item and care label.
• Any returns without an issued RMA# will not be honored under any circumstances. Discretion is advised
• We are not responsible for any lost packages for all returns. Using a carrier service that provides tracking and insurance is recommended
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied for ALL returns and exchanges. 
• Customers will assume all return shipping costs.
• Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags in place and in its original packaging
