We respond to all inquiries in the order they are received and will respond directly to yours as soon as we can. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. Rest assured, a specialist will get back to you as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please see below for our return policy and submit the requested information for proper processing:
- REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE- store credit only
- All promotional and sale items are final sale
- All returns/exchanges/ damaged items must be notified within 7 business days upon receipt
- To ensure proper processing, please include the following: Invoice#, Company, Phone#, Style#, Quantity, Color, Reason, and Picture of the item and care label.
- Any returns without an issued RMA# will not be honored under any circumstances. Discretion is advised
- We are not responsible for any lost packages for all returns. Using a carrier service that provides tracking and insurance is recommended
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied for ALL returns and exchanges.
- Customers will assume all return shipping costs.
- Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags in place and in its original packaging
